One Minute Meditation

You don't have even three minutes. What about one minute meditation repeated several times a day:

1. Stop whatever you are doing
2. Close your eyes
3. Breathe deeply
4. Feeling your breath countdown from 12 to 1. After each number say: “I fully accept the present moment”
5. Slowly open your eyes
